As part of our customer service, we provide a two-year warranty for our products, and subject to regulations.

We, Kepel Kal 2002 Ltd. (hereinafter the manufacturer) hereby undertake to give full warranty for our products, which were purchased according to this certificate in accordance with and subject to the following conditions:

• The warranty is for a period of two years from the date of purchase
• The warranty applies to parts of the operating mechanism only such as: chassis, engine
• The warranty will not apply in the following cases:

1. Unreasonable use of the product
2. External fracture, blow, fire, force majeure, etc.
3. In case product has been treated with harsh detergents or in violation of the cleaning and care instructions set by the company and the manufacturer.
